Our Menus...

 Below are our standard menu suggestions. Menus 1-3 are based on parties of 100+ people. Menu 4 (our lamb roast) is for parties of 60 people.

 Menu 1: Just the Hog

We supply, roast and carve a whole pig with crunchy crackling serving 100+ people.

 

 Menu 2: The Hog and Trimmings

We supply, roast and carve a whole pig with crunchy crackling, served in a fresh bap with homemade apple sauce, serving 100+ people.

 Menu 3: The Whole Hog

We supply, roast and carve a whole pig with crunchy crackling, served in a fresh bap with homemade apple sauce, serving 100+ people with the choice of three of the following salads:

Green mixed leaf salad; tomato and cucumber salad; homemade celery and apple salad; homemade coleslaw; or homemade red pepper and sweetcorn pasta salad.

 

 Menu 4: Lamb Roast

We supply, roast and carve a whole lamb served in a fresh bap with mint sauce, serving a maximum of 60 people with the choice of three of the following salads:

Green mixed leaf salad, tomato and cucumber salad, homemade celery and apple salad, homemade coleslaw, homemade red pepper and sweetcorn pasta salad.

 

      Menu 5: Ribs of Beef

We supply, roast and carve, 21 day aged ribs of beef in a fresh bap with horseradish sauce serving 60 to 100+ people. This can also be served with the salad option.

 Deserts and Cheeses

A choice of two deserts can be added to any of the menus from the following selection:

Apple pie and cream; trifle; cheesecake selection; or cheese and biscuits.

 

 Vegetarian Option

A vegetarian option can be added to any of the menus.
